Children & Refugees to be biometric onboarded

Children in distress & displaced Refugees located within conflict zones, are to be onboarded for direct benefits distribution via biometric &/or facial recognition data registration. Stored data will be used for periodic beneficiary verification, through biometric / facial data scanning & synchronization / matching. Biometric / Facial data registration & administration is being operated under a respective license & local regulatory supervision.
